We aim to provide all our guests with the type of sevice and accommodation which best suits
     their needs but the design of our house does impose some limitations ie a narrow opening of the
     front door and a 14 tread staircase.  We encourage our guests to inquire about these restrictions
     when booking.

• Information regarding emergency escape procedure  clearly displyed and is available verbally if required

• We have attended the Welcome Host course

       

• Dogs are not permitted as we have a dog of our own

• We also have two cats and guests with fur allergies should take note of this

• Buses stop nearby and at the turn around at Bamford rail station

• We can provide transport is to & from the station

• A lift can be arranged to the start of walks

• The local taxi firm is only 5 minutes away and is easily reached by phone

• Help with bags & luggage etc is provided

• Our rooms have remote control TV's with teletext

• A well stocked beverage tray is provided in all rooms

• We have good reception from most mobile phone networks

• Special diets are catered for and separate refrigeration is available for guests food and/or medication

• Guests can park on our pea shingle drive or in the layby outside which are on level ground and the garden is reached by one low step

• Access to the house is also over one low step and all the floors are level with no steps apart from the stairs

• All bedrooms are located on the first floor

• Large print versions of this and all our other information sheets & breakfast menu are provided on request
